Matrix notification delivery: send job results to a Matrix room (m.notice, auto-login + token cache), ad-hoc notify via API/MCP/CLI, and auto-join on send when the bot is invited to a room. Includes setup docs.

fix: surface API error details in client, CLI and MCP ... b0fd5e1e7c

- client: raise RosterAPIError with the API's detail body instead of
  httpx.HTTPStatusError (which dropped it)
- cli: print 'error: roster API <status>: <detail>' and clean
  cannot-reach messages instead of raw tracebacks
- mcp_server: schedule description documents that jobs run on the
  roster API host and script paths must live in its [scripts] dir
- README: new 'Where jobs run' section; toml.example allowlist note
- test: regression test for 422 detail propagation

feat: Matrix delivery target + ad-hoc notify (API, MCP, CLI) ... 970ff7c5d0

- in-house httpx client (login m.login.password, token cache, 401 re-login)
- matrix delivery target with per-job matrix_room override, 1500-char cap
- store migration adds jobs.matrix_room (ALTER TABLE on legacy DBs)
- POST /notify, MCP notify tool, roster notify
- docs + config example updated
