• Adds AGENTS.md section for multi-turn garble/overrun with single-reader capture, server capture, reproduction protocol, suspects list
• Enforces no edits to afe_task/player/ws_client without capture
• Verified host tests 43 passed

docs(debug): document intermittent audio debugging evidence-first workflow ... efbbda62f1

Add multi-turn garble/buffer-overrun debugging guide per field
evidence rule: single-reader pyserial capture, headless server
capture, 3-5 two-turn reproduction, suspects list (s_stage
stranded, s_ref_ring stale, s_send_q drop, jitter ring overrun).
Prevents edits to afe_task/player/ws_client without capture.
