Family uses CC0 1.0 Universal (roster is the canonical sibling). The previous LICENSE was Apache-2.0 with a stale Hugging Face appendix (Copyright [2024] [The HuggingFace Inc. team]) — incorrect attribution and inconsistent with intended public-domain dedication. Replace with verbatim CC0 from starfleet/roster. Derived-code Apache-2.0 notices remain untouched.
